Contacting the Chathost

Contact with Viewers is at the discretion of each individual Chathost. They may or may not choose to give you their phone number, email address or ICQ number, or any other contact information. Even if their Personal Profile says they provide these various forms of contact, they may only give them out under certain circumstances.

For example, an individual Chathost may only allow you to phone him/her while in a private Video Session. Please respect their wishes and don't keep insisting on contact if they do not wish it.

Tracing IP Address

It is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to trace an IP address to an individual person particularly as, in the majority of cases, they are randomly assigned by their provider each time this person connects to the Net.

Privacy laws and laws on tracing IP address vary from country to country, and state to state, but it is, however, against the law in most areas of the world to pursue an individual in this way and is deemed to be stalking and harassing behavior.

Attempts to disable or steal a Chathost's Video Session

Again, in most areas of the world any attempt to disable, incapacitate or steal a Chathost's video is deemed a Criminal Offence. "Theft" or "attempted theft" is simply trying to get access to a Chathost's video stream without consent. In either case, the provider of Players Network's Live Webcams service, CC Network, Inc. will use those methods which are deemed most appropriate for the country in which the violation took place, and will aggressively prosecute to the fullest extent permissible in that country.

The provider of Players Network's Live Webcams service, CC Network, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy statement relates to the information that we collect and how we will use this information.

Personal Information

CC Network, Inc. will not collect any identifiable information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily. This includes such information as: Name, Address, Email address etc.

If you do not want personal information to be collected, then do not provide us with it. However, if you do not object, then please be assured that we protect the privacy of this information using our highly secure, password-protected servers (to both the outside world and also to personnel within CC Network, Inc. and Players Network's Live Webcams). The information you provide will be kept confidential and will never be given or sold to any outside organization.

Removing Personal Details

If you have already submitted your personal details to CC Network, Inc. and wish to have this information removed, then please contact us using the form on the Contact Us page. As soon as we receive a message with your Players Network Live Webcams Screen Name and with your request to remove all personal information from our records, then we will act upon it.

Information placed on your Computer's Hard Drive

At CC Network, Inc. we use a common Internet technology called "Cookies". There are certain areas which are open to the general public.
